Dutch dub (cause we went with the kids), which takes out part of the fun. Almost certainly a 4 star rating with the original voice cast.

So happy to have had the opportunity to see it on the big screen tonight. One of the most thrilling adventures the (pre-) Ghibli studio has produced. All of the Miyazaki themes are already present here, from the environmental concerns to the strong female roles and from war and aviation to mystical creatures, it’s all there and fleshed out perfectly. Along with the superbly fitting 80’s synth soundtrack make for a masterpiece of epic proportions. Love it to bits.

Take it for a walk. And that's what-where we're…

But if you're open minded, not afraid of some impressionistic images and unskeptical towards spirituality and philosophy, this might well turn out to be one of the most powerful cinematic experiences you've ever enjoyed.

I went in with some knowledge of the type of film, so I…
